We are thrilled to launch the following improvements to your audience creation.

  • Negative Experience - This option will help you target customers who are identified through the Real-time Churn Prediction Engine based on the reason code - Bad beat (In Accumulator bets & Single bets).

  • Customer Profitability - This filter will let you segment players based on their profits within a specific time period.

With the above filters, you can now tailor your bonuses and promotions to boost engagement and increase spending for low-profit or churned players.

  • In addition to the filtering capabilities, the audience identifier tool will also enable you to select your audiences for the 'Last three months.'
