Measurement & Reporting

Evaluate and gain insights on how churn prediction and intervention system perform on-site.

Amplifier AI assess the effectiveness of interventions between two groups of players: those who receive bonuses (Target) and those who did not (Control) after churn is predicted.

  • Target Group: This group consists of players for whom churn is predicted and bonuses are awarded. The typical allocation of players would range from 80-90%.
  • Control Group: This group consists of players for whom churn is predicted but bonuses aren’t awarded. The typical allocation of players would range from 10-20%.

Note: The number of players allocated in the above groups can also be configured.

Measurement

Track and measure the performance of your players in the Target and Control groups across the following KPIs:

  • Stakes
  • GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue)
  • NGR (Net Gaming Revenue)
  • Number of Spins
  • Number of Sessions
  • Session Length
  • Retention Rate

Reporting

The reporting tool will utilise data from both the Target and Control groups to compare insights on player engagement, revenue and the effectiveness of bonus interventions. These are the key pages:

  • Highlights: Track player performance and the impact of bonus interventions for Target and Control groups. Additionally, we track NGR uplifts and Revenue against Bonus cost to demonstrate ROI. 
  • Group Comparison: Make more informed decisions on retention strategies by comparing the overall performance with the average player performance. This is tracked for both Target and Control groups across KPIs. 
  • Time Comparison: Monitor how the two player groups perform across two time periods and compare the % uplift and decline in KPI’s
  • Player Intervention: Get insights and track changes in player performance before and post bonus intervention.

The data in the dashboards are updated daily, ensuring you have the most up-to-date information.
