Overview 

Personalised Stories enable operators to deliver rich storytelling to players, building long-term engagement and loyalty. Rather than focusing on immediate triggers or manual audience selection, this product processes player behaviour and transactional history across sessions and events to create ongoing, contextually relevant profiles.

These profiles are surfaced as behavioural summaries or personalised stories, highlighting individual engagement patterns, value and betting activity. This data is made available to marketing platforms via a real-time API. Additionally, e-mail open refresh is provided in conjunction with our partner Movable Ink.

With Personalised Stories, operators gain a scalable way to maintain engagement, build behavioural understanding and deliver personalised experiences in the right moments.

Optionally, Future Anthem can also generate the audience to receive the story communications. We work closely with operators to define guardrails for these audiences, for example, preventing stories from being sent to players who have lost money during a tournament or have not met key engagement criteria.

When the story is scheduled to go out, Dynamic Audiences applies these guardrails and ensures only relevant and safe recipients receive the communications.
