Overview
Real-Time Jackpots comes with detailed measurement and reporting via a Power BI dashboards. Operators can track jackpot alerts powered by Future Anthem, alongside the jackpot drop value for each jackpot iteration.
This provides a clear overview of how frequently alerts are being triggered, how jackpots progress through their lifecycle and supporting metrics such as average time between jackpot drops and average time between alerts and drops.
In addition, our reporting tracks key engagement and delivery KPI's, including:
- Open rate across all content delivery methods, such as push notifications, in-app messages and emails
- Opt-in rate into jackpots, where applicable
- Core metrics including changes in stakes, spins, sessions and jackpot contributions
This reporting enables operators to measure the commercial and behavioural impact of real-time jackpot alerts, assess alert effectiveness and optimise jackpot configurations and messaging strategies based on measurable outcomes.
Target vs Control
To evaluate the effectiveness of real-time jackpot alerts, Amplifier AI uses a Target vs Control measurement approach based on jackpot iterations.
Typically, instead of splitting players at an individual level (which is also possible in the system) this analysis compares periods where jackpot alerts were triggered against periods where no alerts were fired.
- Target: Jackpot iterations where alerts were triggered and delivered to personalised jackpot audiences.
- Control: Jackpot iterations where alerts were not fired, meaning players were not targeted with real-time jackpot messaging.
By comparing these two periods, operators can assess the incremental impact of jackpot alerts on player engagement and value.

Overview
The Real-Time Jackpots Overview page provides a high level view of the product. It is designed to offer a simple, iteration level view showing:
- The value of the jackpot at the time alerts were triggered by Future Anthem
- The subsequent jackpot drop value for each jackpot iteration
This allows operators to quickly understand how alerts align with jackpot outcomes and identify which jackpots and alert strategies are delivering the strongest results.
Filter Options
Use these filters to narrow down your analysis and tailor the report to your specific needs:
- Time Period: Set a custom date range to view jackpot iterations within a selected timeframe.
- Jackpot Iteration: View and filter data for specific jackpot iterations to focus analysis on individual jackpots.
- Jackpot Tier: Where applicable, filter by jackpot tier (e.g. Low, Medium, High) to compare performance across different payout levels.
- Jackpot Alerts: Filter by alert type or tier to analyse the performance of specific alert triggers (e.g. Tier 1 alerts only).
- Site: View jackpot data for individual sites or domains.
- Brand: Where applicable, analyse jackpot performance across specific brands.
- State / Jurisdiction: Where applicable, view jackpot data by regulatory region to understand localised performance.

- Monitor Alert Frequency and Timing: Track how often alerts are triggered and how they align with jackpot drops to ensure alerts are timely and effective.
