Dynamic Audiences: On-Demand Audiences – FAQs

Answers to common questions about On-Demand Audiences

General Overview

What is Dynamic Audiences: On-Demand Audiences?
On-Demand Audiences is a core part of Dynamic Audiences that enables CRM and marketing teams to create player audiences via a self-service interface. It gives operators complete control to build audiences across transactional, behavioural and contextual attributes in real-time, without requiring technical support.

How do On-Demand Audiences work?
After transactional betting and gaming data is connected to Amplifier AI, CRM teams can use the Audience Identifier interface to select filters such as event type, bet outcome, player behaviour or favourite game. The system instantly generates audiences which can be automatically sent into CRM platforms for campaign activation and also downloaded directly in your local browser.

How are On-Demand Audiences different from Real-Time Triggers?
Real-Time Triggers are fully automated, generating audiences as events happen. By contrast, On-Demand Audiences are created by CRM teams on demand. This provides flexibility to respond to unplanned events, tactical opportunities or specific campaign needs that may not be pre-configured in automated triggers.

Use Cases & Campaigns

What types of campaigns can I run with On-Demand Audiences?
Example use cases include:

  • Sport: Reacting to live sporting outcomes such as the favourite falling at Cheltenham Festival or a late goal in a high-profile Football match
  • Casino: Targeting players who recently experienced a large casino win or loss
  • Sports & Casino: Re-engaging players who have shown drops in engagement over a period of time
  • Building tactical CRM pushes for key promotions or seasonal campaigns outside of automated triggers

How does targeting work?
Audiences are built by applying filters within the self-service interface. Filters include transactional data, behavioural signals and contextual factors The result is a fresh, real-time audience ready for activation. The full list of available attributes with definitions can be found in the pages below.

More information, including definitions of each attribute, can be found in our linked On-Demand Audiences Sports, Casino and Cross-Sell guides.

Can I apply exclusions (e.g. safer play)?
Within the On-Demand mode of Dynamic Audiences, exclusions can be applied within the interface to refine your audiences further. When it comes to exclusions relating to safer play (e.g. marketing opt-outs or blacklist rules), these are typically managed directly within your CRM or internal systems.

Integration & Implementation

How long does it take to typically integrate?
Implementation is aligned with the overall Dynamic Audiences onboarding process. Most operators go live within 6–10 weeks, depending on data availability and CRM setup.

What data is required for On-Demand Audiences to function?
At minimum, transactional betting and gaming data in batch is needed. However real-time data is recommended, as it ensures audiences are generated with the most current player information. The full data guide is available here.

How do On-Demand Audiences integrate with CRM systems?
Audiences can be exported locally and/or sent directly into CRM systems for activation. Integrations are available with major CRM platforms, e.g. Bloomreach, Braze, Movable Ink and Xtremepush, as well as proprietary systems via API or file transfer.

Can On-Demand Audiences integrate with Bet Recommendations or other Amplifier AI modules?
Yes. On-Demand Audiences can be enriched with insights from other Amplifier AI modules such as Bet or Game Recommendations within the Content Personalisation module. This enables operators to build audiences that not only target player behaviour, but also connect them with tailored recommendations across both Sports and Casino.

Performance & ROI

What uplift can we expect from On-Demand Audiences?
Operators see improvements in campaign conversion rates, reactivation rates and incremental share of wallet compared to static segments. By acting in the moment, On-Demand Audiences help capture opportunities that would otherwise be missed.

How is performance measured?
Performance is measured through key engagement and revenue metrics such as:

  • Engagement rate
  • Player reactivation at key moments
  • Incremental revenue uplift
  • Retention of triggered players

How do I track performance? Do you provide dashboards?
Performance tracking typically requires information held on the client side, e.g. which customers were actually marketed to post exclusions, and target/control groups created at point of send.

We work closely with operators to close the feedback loop, ensuring visibility into which players were marketed to (as exclusions in the CRM may have been applied) and what content was delivered. We then analyse performance collaboratively, both at the audience level and holistically across campaigns, to measure the impact of Dynamic Audiences once activated.
