Dynamic Audiences: Real-Time Triggers – Overview and Feature Guide
Your essential overview of Real-Time Triggers and its capabilities
Overview
Real-Time Triggers is currently in Beta, and enables operators to instantly respond to live events and behavioural changes without manual input. Once transactional betting and gaming data is connected, the system reacts in real-time to events such as bet settlements and win/loss outcomes. It also continuously monitors ongoing signals such as jackpots and player engagement levels, alerting operators when jackpots reach points of interest or when player activity suddenly drops/spikes.
When these events occur, Dynamic Audiences automatically generates and delivers real-time audiences into CRM platforms, directly triggering pre-built campaigns. This removes delays associated with batch processes and ensures players are engaged in the moments that matter most.
By combining always-on monitoring with real-time personalisation, automated trigger based audiences provide CRM and marketing teams the ability to scale event driven campaigns at speed, ensuring every critical moment is captured and acted upon.

Bet Recommendations
When campaigns are configured alongside automated trigger points, Dynamic Audiences can link relevant markets to create real-time upsell opportunities.
For example, if a campaign is focussed on Goalscorer upsell and the customer wins a “First Goalscorer” bet, the system would link them to the in-play “Next Goalscorer” market. The player has just won, likely has a balance, and has already shown interest in goalscorer markets so the chances of a conversion increase.
The Bet Recommendations product generates personalised bet recommendations for each active player and can be integrated directly with Dynamic Audiences. Rather than linking to a pre-defined market (as mentioned above), audiences can be connected to these tailored recommendations, with configurable thresholds to ensure only high-confidence and relevant recommendations are delivered. This maintains relevance while maximising engagement and conversion.
This approach ensures real-time triggers do more than react, they actively connect players to the most contextually relevant markets or recommendations in real-time.
Stats Perform
Dynamic Audiences can be enhanced through integrations with 3rd party data providers to enrich audience profiles with additional contextualised data.
An active integration with Stats Perform (OPTA) enables real-time sports data to be layered onto existing audiences, combining relevant statistics with betting behaviours. This allows operators to deliver communications that are not only personalised to a customers betting activity, but also contextualised by what's happening on the pitch.
Example use case:
- A campaign is created targeting all customers who have a preference to bet on Mo Salah to score
- Alongside this betting based audience, live OPTA data such as Salah’s “Shots On Target” during the match is surfaced within the campaign messaging
- Communications are sent combining the relevant OPTA stat, personalised data points for the customer and appropriate betting market
By combining transactional betting data with rich in-play stats from Stats Perform, operators can deliver communications that are more engaging, more relevant and give players greater reason to stay involved as the match unfolds.
