Track Activity of Player Groups Post 1 Day and Post 7 Day of Bonuses Awarded after Churn Prediction
Overview
This page helps users differentiate KPI performance across target and control groups post 1 day and post 7 days of churn and bonus award.
Filter Options:
Use these filters to narrow down your analysis and tailor the report to your specific needs
- Time Period: Set a custom date range to view the data over a specific period
- KPI: Select one key performance indicator to measure performance of your player groups. KPI options available are: Active Days, Sessions, Spins, Stakes, GGR
- Median/Average: Select either median or average to view either median or average for the selected KPI across Post 1 Day or Post 7 Day’s performance for player groups. For example, upon selecting average, you will view average stakes (provided stakes is the selected KPI) across your target players for post 1 day and post 7-day performance. If Median is selected, you will be able to view median stakes
- Award Value: Filter results by awards with specific currency values assigned. For example, you can filter by distinct currency value awards ranging from £0.5 to £95
- Player Group: Select multiple player groups for comparison (defaulted selected on Target and Control group)
- User Value Segment: Select multiple player stratification segments for comparison (each user value segment is assigned a numerical value and can be selected from the filter drop down- Here we have user value segments for each of the deciles (0-10%; 10 - 20%, 20 - 30% and so on)

Average/Median Post 1 Day KPI and Average/Median ROI Post 7 Day KPI:
Both the Summary figures provide an average or median summary of KPI uplift for the groups below:
- Control Group: Represents Active players who did not receive awards/bonus after churning from game or application.
- Target & Recommended Played: Represents players in the target group who received awards/bonus after churning from game or application.
Average or Median Post 1 Day KPI – it shows % uplift in selected KPI performance for selected KPI for both groups post day 1of churn prediction.
Average or Median Post 7 Day ROI KPI – it shows % uplift in selected KPI performance for selected KPI for both groups post day 7 of churn prediction.

- KPI Performance for Post Day 1
- KPI Performance for Post Day 7
- Player Count
