Track Activity of Player Groups Post 1 Day and Post 7 Day of Bonuses Awarded after Churn Prediction

Overview

This page helps users differentiate KPI performance across target and control groups post 1 day and post 7 days of churn and bonus award.

Filter Options:
Use these filters to narrow down your analysis and tailor the report to your specific needs

  • Time Period: Set a custom date range to view the data over a specific period
  • KPI: Select one key performance indicator to measure performance of your player groups. KPI options available are: Active Days, Spins, and Stakes
  • Award Value: Filter results by awards with specific currency values assigned. For example, you can filter by distinct currency value awards ranging from £0.5 to £95
  • Player Group: Select multiple player groups for comparison (defaulted selected on Target and Control group)
  • User Value Segment: Select multiple player stratification segments for comparison (each user value segment is assigned a numerical value and can be selected from the filter drop down - For each player, their staking amount for last 60 days is analysed to assign them to each value segment. From the options available, value for each segment is such that segment 1 is of least value and 10 is of highest value. 

 

Key Sections of the Dashboard

Average/Median Post 1 Day KPI and Average/Median ROI Post 7 Day KPI: 

Both the Summary figures provide an average or median summary of KPI uplift for the groups below:

  • Control Group: Represents Active players who did not receive awards/bonus after churning from game or application.
  • Target & Recommended Played: Represents players in the target group who received awards/bonus after churning from game or application.

Average Post 1 Day KPI – it shows  % uplift in selected KPI performance for selected KPI for both groups post day 1 of churn prediction. On the hero cards, it is calculated as % difference between Post 1 day Average KPI for target group, and control group. 

Average Post 7 Day ROI KPI – it shows % uplift in selected KPI performance for selected KPI for both groups post day 7 of churn prediction. On the hero cards, it is calculated as % difference between Post 7 day Average KPI for target group, and control group. 

Note: Due to award value for control players being set at 0, selecting values other than zero is likely to show unexpected figures on the hero cards. 

Average – KPI view: 

This table provides a breakdown of the target player group by:

  • KPI Performance for Post Day 1
  • KPI Performance for Post Day 7
  • Player Count

Average – Post 1 Day KPI by Group: 

View a time series graph of how Target and Control groups perform in terms of selected KPI over time. This visualisation helps comparing effectiveness of awards by compare how both groups differ in terms of KPI performance over time.

Average – Post 7 Day KPI by Group: 

View a time series graph of how Target and Control groups perform in terms of selected KPI over time. This visualisation helps comparing effectiveness of awards by compare how both groups differ in terms of KPI performance over time.

Tip: To view your visuals broken down into numbers, select 'View as a table' from the visualisation menu. Your visualisation will be displayed as a table which can be exported, or presented at ease.
