This section explores the available Sports and Casino options designed to help you personalise audiences and drive effective cross-sell marketing campaigns and promotions

Drive campaign impact with flexible, personalised audiences

Create tailored audiences using a wide range of targeting options, allowing you to personalise messaging, promotions and campaigns based on player behaviour, preferences and Sports and Casino activity.

  • Platform Active: Identify players who were active on both the Sports and Casino platforms between specific start and end dates. This is ideal for targeting cross-platform engaged players.
  • Bonus Drop (BD) Active: Pinpoint players who participated in bonus campaigns within a given timeframe, e.g. On, Since or Between specific dates.
  • BD Active Days: Assess the number of days players engaged with bonus campaigns during a game week, enabling precise segmentation based on activity.
  • BD Active Days Range: Define a range for the number of days players participated in bonus campaigns over a game week, providing flexibility for custom groupings.

Adding Exclusions

Operators can further refine their audiences by applying up to three exclusion criteria, utilising the same parameters as above. This ensures that targeting remains precise and excludes irrelevant user segments.
