Dynamic Audiences gives CRM and marketing teams the control to create audiences on demand. The On-Demand Audiences self-service interface allows teams to build and export audiences across a wide range of transactional, behavioural and contextual factors, without needing technical support.

On-Demand Audiences delivers speed and flexibility; audiences can be created in seconds to react to unplanned or in-play events. These audiences can be automatically sent into CRM platforms for campaign activation and can also be downloaded directly in your local browser. Gambling-specific intelligence ensures that only the most relevant events, market and player actions are surfaced, helping teams focus on what matters most.

With On-Demand Audiences, operators gain a powerful alternative to automated triggers. Marketing teams can respond to events in the moment, creating player audiences based on up to the second player information, that automatically activate pre-built campaigns.

Bet Recommendations

When integrated with Bet Recommendations (part of the Content Personalisation module) additional audience options become available:

  • Personalised Audiences: Group players based on their individual recommendations

    • Example: Create an audience of players with a recommendation on the Both Teams to Score market for the Man Utd vs Man City match

    • Output: A list of account IDs, filtered by optional recommendation score thresholds

  • Popular Recommendations: Surface the most popular single or accumulator recommendations across the player base

    • Example: Identify the most popular accumulator bets on Football for events happening over the weekend
    • Output: A list of the most popular recommended bets

 

3rd Party Integrations 

Dynamic Audiences integrates with external providers including free-to-play and engagement providers, allowing real-time audience creation based on gameplay and participation. Existing integrations for clients include: 

  • Sportcaller – Sports FTP games

  • Thunderbite – Casino FTP games

  • Betmate – Sports FTP games 

Example: Generate an audience of players who engaged with a Betmate FTP game last week but haven’t returned this week, enabling targeted follow-up campaigns.
