Overview:
The interventions measurement page is a part of Amplifier AI's Sustain module. Amplifier AI delivers personalised interventions to high-risk players and helps track their effectiveness, allowing teams to measure the reduction in player risk.
This page has the following visualisation and table:
The above table and visualisation can be filtered based on time period, dimensions, personalisation type, message type, player type, player ID and frequency of interventions.
The cards at the top of the page cover key highlights that can be used by operators and studios for reporting.
- High Risk Players: This covers total count of players identified as potentially high risk by Amplifier AI in comparison to your total player base.
- Number of Interventions: Once the potentially 'High risk' players, Amplifier AI sends them personalised interventions in the moments that matter to encourage sustainable play.
- Average Reduction Unified Score: Amplifier AI calculates the reduction in unified score which helps you monitor the reduction in risky sessions for your total player base post an intervention.
Unified score: Amplifier AI provides players with a personalised, trackable score for every session.
This score is calculated utilising more than 150 behavioural features across sports and casino, analysing risk by modelling markers of harm and aligning with evolving player regulations.
- % of Users with Lower Risk Score Post Intervention: Amplifier AI tracks the number of players (users) that have a lower risk score post an intervention.
Message Type By Proportion
Amplifier AI helps teams understand the various reasons behind potentially high-risk sessions. For instance, a player displaying loss-chasing behavior would receive a message specifically addressing that issue. Amplifier AI then calculates the percentage of players within a player base who fall into each category.
Once identified, players receive personalised interventions based on the data points related to the specific message type category they belong to.
Intervention Effectiveness Table
Amplifier AI measures the effectiveness of player interventions by tracking the reduction in their risk score percentage. This allows teams to gauge the impact of personalised interventions on their player base.
The table provided helps teams monitor key metrics, including the number of interventions sent, personalisation type, message type, player ID, and the percentage reduction in risk score. The personalisation type enables operators and studios to identify the most effective communication channels (Email, pop-up, SMS) for different player groups.
The % Reduction in Risk Score is typically expected to be negative, indicating a decrease in risk for the selected group of players. Since reducing player risk is the desired outcome, these values will be highlighted in green.
Conversely, positive values in this field indicate an increase in player risk, which is undesirable. These values will be highlighted in red.
