Amplifier AI's Sustain module enables operators and studios to quickly identify and address potentially risky players during each session, promoting sustainable gameplay in real-time.

Key Features

The Sustain module helps operators to engage players in more sustainable gaming experiences through the following capabilities:

• Individual Player Monitoring: Track every player in each session with a unified score, identifying risky behavior in real-time.
• Personalised Interventions: Respond to high-risk players in real-time by sending them AI-driven player interventions with personalised data points that can be presented on-site, in session or via CRM.
• Intervention Insights: Measure the impact of player interventions to see which messages and communication channels work best for different  player groups.
• Risk-Trend Analysis: Identify games and providers where players have had risky sessions, signaling teams to potential trends for further investigation.

How it works?

Amplifier AI's Sustain module tracks risky players in real-time, providing players with a  'Unified Score' which calculates player risk after every session. 

These players are labelled based on their score across all markers of harm (e.g., intensity, frequency, variability, trajectory)

Once potential high-risk players are identified, Amplifier AI delivers AI-driven, real-time interventions, which are presented either on-site, during the session, or through CRM.

After interventions are sent to players, CRM teams assess their impact on player behavior. The measurement tools also help teams identify the most effective communication channels for promoting sustainable gameplay.
