Causes of Risk

Amplifier AI helps teams understand the different reasons behind why a player's session is identified as potentially risky by Amplifier AI. This gives the percentage of risky sessions had that fall under the different categories identified by Amplifier AI.

  • Erratic Play: Players who make sudden, large bets, frequently change stakes, disregard odds, chase losses, and ignore personal limits
  • Increase on Max Stake: Players staking more than their previous maximum amount increases the potential for greater gains or losses, thereby heightening player risk.
  • Unsociable Player Hours: Players playing during unsociable hours, typically between 1 AM and 6 AM, may experience impacts to their day-to-day lives.
  • Intense Session: This includes players who become deeply absorbed in the game, ignoring their surroundings and driven by a strong desire to secure the next win or recover losses, often experience heightened emotional engagement. This behavior is typically marked by multiple sessions and extended time spent per session.
  • High volume stake: Increasing the amount of money wagered on bets, representing a strategic or emotional decision to escalate risk for the potential of higher returns or to recover losses in a gambling session.
  • Loss Chasing: Incurring losses, and playing more sessions to cover that loss.

Average Unified Score Over Time

Amplifier AI calculates the average unified score for every player and this trackable score is personalised for every player and measured across various markers of harm. This helps teams gauge how the unified score of a potentially high risk player has changed over time.
