Spin Banding Performance:

Spin banding is a useful tool that helps studios and operators understand their overall level of player engagement, to know what games bring in the maximum revenue. On this page, every session is allocated to a spin band, depending on the number of spins played in that session. The bands are set as:

  • 1-50
  • 51-100
  • 101-200
  • 200-400
  • 400+

spinband-1

If a player plays 80 spins in a single session, that session will be allocated into the range of 51-100 spins. If the same player has another session and plays 340 spins, this session will be allocated into the 200-400 band.

In this visualisation, your games are ranked based on the metric and time period selected. Every game within the visualisation is split by their spin banding percentage. Each colour indicating a specific spin band.

Turnover by Retention - Weekly basis

This visualisation is a bubble chart that shows games by Retention vs. Turnover.  For instance the week 1 average return rate is calculated based on whether a player returns between days 8 and 14 after their initial touchpoint. The same logic follows for the remaining weeks selected.

  • Week 1: 8 to 14 days post first session on game
  • Week 2: 15 to 21 days post first session on game
  • Week 4: 29 to 35 days post first session on game
  • Week 8: 57 to 63 days post first session on game

Penetration Rate by NGR

This graph showcases the penetration rate for every games based on the NGR metric. The penetration rate is calculated using either the number of operators who have taken a game (for studios), or the number of players who have played a game (for operators).
