Visualisations

This page is designed to help you track new players, number of new players joining per month, daily retention of those new players and average NGR from each new player.

New Players Joining by Month - Retention Rate on a Daily Basis

This table allows you to view retention rates for new players by month. For example, for players who joined in Jan 2024, the first column will show how many players joined in Jan 2024 in total.  The third column shows how many of those players were still playing 3 days after they signed up, upto 30 days post sign-up.

This visual helps you:

  • Easily identify days of the month that has most new players
  • Tracks the new players generated for each month of the year
  • Identify unexpected drops in new player volumes (during any ongoing marketing campaigns)

Helpful tip: This chart is coloured to help you easily identify months that have higher number of new players. Deeper the colour, greater the number of new players.

Average New Player NGR by Month & Year

This chart helps you identify trends in median NGR generated from new players each month.

This visual helps you:
  • Identify months with big wins or losses from new players
  • Estimate success of any ongoing player acquisition campaigns

Helpful tip: Sometimes it is easier to view a visualisation as a table. Power BI has a native option which enables you to convert a chart into a table. To do so, hover over the specific table and click on 'Show as a table' from the three dotted icon.

Existing Player Conversion %

This shows the percentage of players that signed up in a month, and then returned to play a game 10 days post sign-up. This reflects data up until yesterday, so the figures may slightly increase over time as older players return to play.
