Player Behaviour - Player Cluster Comparison

Compare metrics across player clusters between two time periods

Overview:

This page is a part of Player Behaviour Section on Optimise.

Player Clusters are defined by a number of variables, from every session played by individual players. In this section, you can view the performance of each cluster, and also compare it across time periods.

This page contains the following visualisations

Visualisations

There are a total of three tables on this page. Two tables each to help users view performance of a selected dimension over a selected time period for a selected number of metrics. The third table is used to compare the above two.

Period 1

In this table, you can view metrics for all player clusters across a selected time period (p1). You can set a time period by choosing start and end date to view results.

Period 2

In this table, you can view metrics for all player clusters across a selected time period (p2). You can set a time period by choosing start and end date to view results.

Helpful tip: You can highlight a specific table by hovering on the table and clicking 'Spotlight mode' from the three dot icon.

Period 1 vs Period 2 Comparison Table

This table helps you compare results across period 1 and period 2, by showing you percentage difference between p1 and p2 values. For example, for Mid Value multi session cluster, if the GGR differs by -99.43%, which means there is a drop of 99.43% in GGR between period 2 and period 1.

Helpful tip: On Power BI, any visualisation can be expanded and viewed as a table, and that data can be exported as an excel file. To export data, hover on the table and click 'Export data' from the three dot icon.
