It also utilises Amplifier AI’s Content Recommendations engine to identify and generate audiences of relevant jackpot players, ensuring timely and targeted engagement.

How It Works

Audience Identifier: Jackpots leverages Amplifier AI's real-time monitoring and content recommendation technology to:

• Continuously track jackpot activity.
• Trigger automated alerts as payouts near and when a jackpot has been won, into multiple channels such as CRM systems, platforms and via email.
• Identify players most likely to engage with jackpots.

This enables operators to target highly receptive jackpot audiences using their existing CRM and marketing platforms – right when it matters most.

Amplifier AI connects directly with jackpot systems to track jackpot sizes in real-time. This ensures operators are always informed and can act promptly.

Automated Alerts and Notifications:

Amplifier AI typically triggers automated alerts at two key stages of the jackpot lifecycle:

• Payout Proximity Alerts: When a jackpot hits it’s expected payout threshold, operators receive timely updates with the current jackpot size and average drop value. These insights help teams stay informed and take action while the jackpot is still active.
• Jackpot Drop Alerts: As soon as a jackpot is won, Amplifier AI sends immediate alerts detailing the jackpot amount and other information if available, such as the winning player’s ID. This allows operators to promptly remove promotional messaging, celebrate the win and follow up with personalised engagement.

Audience Identification

The Real-Time Jackpots system utilises Amplifier AI’s Content Recommendations engine to identify the most relevant jackpot players and generate targeted audiences.

• The audiences include players who have previously shown interest in jackpot games – identified through their gameplay and by having jackpot games in their personalised game recommendations.
• The audience updates daily to include new qualifying players until the jackpot is won.
• Operators can optionally exclude advantage players to focus messaging on recreational users more likely to engage.

Integration & Output

Two key outputs are produced: real-time jackpot data and personalised audiences. Both can be integrated into the operator’s existing systems, such as CRM and platform, to support timely and relevant player engagement.

• Jackpot Data Output: This provides operators with real-time information on the current jackpot sizes, the average drop value and win events, helping trigger automated marketing actions.
• Audience Output: This includes a list of jackpot player ID's along with personalised game recommendations tailored to each player's preferences.

These outputs can be delivered in various formats, such as via API or downloadable CSV files, depending on the preferred method of integration.
