Optimise overview
How Optimise is organised
Optimise is divided into 5 core modules, each containing different pages. Each page is designed to help you understand a different aspect of your player behaviour and business performance.
Modules
- Player Behaviour: Analyse how player cluster behaviours differ across your portfolio
- Commercial and Sales: Track your figures across brands, markets and games identifying business opportunities
- Game Performance: Identify trends in your top performers
- Game Launch: Compare the performance of your latest game releases to your evergreens
- Free spins: Analyse your free spin distribution and campaign success (coming soon)
Pages
There are multiple page types throughout Optimise, three of the most widely used are:
- Highlights: For each section, an introductory highlights page is used to provide you with a clear summary of key metrics relevant to that module. This is helpful to quickly access high-level information.
- Comparison: These pages provide a flexible way to compare different periods or KPIs.
- Analysis: Highlights pages are typically followed by one or more analysis pages for that section, helping you dive deeper into your data. Each analysis page seeks to help you with a different aspect of your business.
Visualisations
On each page there are one or more visualisations. Ranging from simple tables to complex stacked bar charts depending on the data being shown. All visualisations can be viewed as tables for simplicity using a native power BI option, and the data can be exported as Excel files for your usage.
