Audience Identifier 1.8, Targeting players experiencing consecutive losses

We are delighted to share with you the latest update to Amplifier AI's Audience Identifier

We are thrilled to launch 'Consecutive losses', an additional filter to classify players who are at the risk of churning.

Negative Experience - This option will help you target customers who are identified through the Real-time Churn Prediction Engine based on the reason code - Consecutive losses.

You can now choose your audiences based on the number of losses ranging from 3 to 6     or more (The minimum being three).

This filter will allow you to tailor your promotions (or) bonuses to ensure your players stay engaged.
