  • Manage Schedules: View and manage all the One-Time and Recurring audiences you have created via the scheduling functionality.
  • Audience History: View an audit log of your recently created audiences and get an overview on your total audience reach.

  • Custom Audiences: Clients may optionally choose to have the customer audiences tab, and from this page you can upload a CSV file of custom player accounts you’d like to re-engage and cross-sell into  sports or casino.

Here are also some of the key use cases we recommend

How To Create Audiences

Generate your audiences in a few simple steps.

Start be selecting the how you would like your audience generated:
  • One-Time: Create audiences instantly based on defined attributes. Best for immediate or unplanned scenarios.
  • Scheduled: Create audiences automatically as a one-off or on a recurring schedule. Best for planned daily, weekly or time-based campaigns.
  • Real-Time Triggers: Coming Soon.

In Step 1, you can start building your audiences by selecting the customer country and the product (Sports, Casino or Sports & Casino) from the drop-down.

Note: By default, all countries where your customers currently exist will be showcased within the option

To refine your audiences further, you can combine up to five different options when creating an audience. By utilising the AND/OR connectors, you can determine whether the selected options should be inclusive of each other (AND) or if the customer bet on one or the other (OR).

We understand that excluding customers from your audience can be just as important as including. To cater for this we've integrated optional exclusion functionality. This will allow to exclude players for specific campaigns or promotions.

This provides flexibility in crafting targeted audiences based on multiple options across Sports and Casino. Here’s the detailed description of the individual audience options available:

Time Periods:

Step 2 involves choosing the time period for your audience, enabling you to define the specific timeframe for analysing player activity across games.

For example if you selected "Sport: Football" in Step 1 and choose "Time Period: Today", the audience generated would include all customers who placed bets on Football within the current day.

Tip: When choosing time periods in step 2 all options automatically include today to ensure you're targeting real-time customers. For example, if you select "Time Period: Last 2 Days," your audience will encompass customers who placed bets the day before yesterday, yesterday and today.

This guarantees up-to-date targeting for your marketing efforts. The only exception is "Yesterday" as this only includes yesterdays players and data.

Setting The Schedule:

If Scheduled is selected at the start, Step 3 allows you to define when your audience will be generated.

Begin by setting an audience name, then choose how often the audience should run:

  • One-Off: Generate the audience once at a specified future date and time.
  • Recurring: Generate the audience automatically on a repeated schedule.

Next select the Start Date and Time, and optionally an End Date. If no end date is set, the audience will continue to run at the defined times.

Note: All times are shown in the clients local timezone

You can then choose the frequency:

  • Daily: The audience runs every day at the specified time.
  • Weekly: The audience runs on the selected days of the week at the specified time.
A summary is displayed at the end of the step, outlining all schedule details before confirmation.

Generating The Audience:

  • You're now onto the last step and one click away from transforming your criteria into targeted audiences.

  • With the options and time periods set, it's time to generate or schedule your audience. Click the "Generate Audience" or "Schedule Audience" depending on the flow taken to initiate the audience generation process.

Note: Should you need to start afresh, clicking "Reset Options" will clear all selected criteria and time periods.

Output:

After successfully generating the audience be it in real-time or via a schedule, it will be uploaded to the designated output folder on the server and/or sent into your CRM. Additionally, you have the option to download the audience CSV to your local machine by clicking "Download Audience".

In the event of an error, you will receive an error message giving the opportunity to either retry or make modifications to your criteria before attempting again.

Manage Schedules

The Manage Schedules page allows you to view and control all one-off and recurring schedules that have been set up.

Typically you can have a 10 schedules configured at any one time although this is configurable. From this view, schedules are grouped by status:

  • Active: Schedules that are currently running as defined.
  • Paused: Schedules that have been temporarily stopped from within the Manage Schedules area.
  • Expired: One-off schedules that have already run, or recurring schedules that have reached their end date.

All schedules are displayed in a table, which includes key information such as schedule name, criteria, type, status, schedule information and associated actions. This allows you to quickly review, manage and update your scheduled audiences from a single place.

Custom Audiences

Target custom audiences to re-engage or cross-sell

For Custom Audience, select the “Product Category” or “Report Type” and upload your custom CSV file containing a list of player account numbers.

With this feature, you can effortlessly address custom defections through re-engagement strategies or target players who've had a winning streak to cross-sell them to sports or casino.

Output:

Once the audience generation is successful, the resulting audience will be uploaded to the designated output folder on the server.

As mentioned before, you'll also have the choice to download the audience CSV to your local machine. In case of any errors, the handling process will follow the same procedure as mentioned for standard audience creation.

Audience History

With the Audience History tab, you can gain insights into the audiences you have created. Firstly, you have a view of a mini dashboard with the following highlights for the previous 7 days:

    • Audiences Initiated: Keep track of the total count of audiences generated within the system.
    • Success Rate: Monitor the success rate of audience creation.

    Audience Log

In addition, a table displays key information for all audiences generated within the last 7 days. This includes the start time, the email address of the user who created the audience, run duration, status, selected audience parameters and available actions.

From the actions column, you can view the final audience size and download each individual audience locally.

A drop-down is also available, allowing you to switch between viewing the Audience History for one-time audiences and scheduled audiences.
