Audience options for Sports

This section will go in-depth on the options available for Sports which allow you better to personalise your audiences for marketing campaigns and promotions.

Customise your audiences with varied options

You can create audiences from any of the 20 different options:

  • Sport: Create audiences of customers based on specific sports. Examples in the pre-selected drop-down include Football, Horse Racing and Tennis

  • Class: Look for particular classes when identifying audiences. Examples include UK Football and European Major Leagues
  • Competition: Enter competitions such as English Premier League and Gentlemen’s Wimbledon Singles to pick out customers who have bet on specific competitions 
  • Event Id, Market Id and Selection Id: Enter the specific ID’s to hone in on customers who have placed bets on specific events, markets and/or selections
  • Market Name: Look to target customers who consistently bet on the same market. Ensure to include the pipes when entering a market name, for example “|Epic Odds|”

  • Bet Type: Gives you the ability to target customers who have placed a certain bet type. Examples include Accumulator 4, Lucky 15 and Yankee
  • Bet Type Range: Same as Bet Type but allows you to select a range, from Single (SGL) to Accumulator 25 (AC25)
  • Bet Builder: Target customers who have placed a bet builder

  • Customer Country: Segment your audiences based on the countries your customers currently exist.
  • Boost Type: Target customers who have placed a Bet boost and select upto 5 different types of Bet boost to define your audience.
  • Winners: Segment customers who have had atleast one win within a specified time-period.
  • Negative Experience - This option will help you target customers who are identified through the Real-time Churn Prediction Engine based on the following reason codes: 
  • Customer Profitability - This filter will let you segment players based on their profits within a specific time period.
  • Bet Builder Xtra - With Bet Builder Extra, operators can easily segment players based on their boost percentage (25% or 50%)
  • SportCaller - Target players who have bet on SportCaller and incentivisie them with promotions for real-money bets.

With the integration of the Bonus Recommendation feed into the Audience Identifier feature, the following data points are also available and can be used as options to create audiences:

  • Bet Bonus Value - Categorise your audience based on the Bet Bonus Value recommended and refine your promotions, ensuring relevant content is showcased in moments that matter
  • Engagement Score - Segment your audience based on the Engagement score recommended to target low engagement players on site.
  • GGR - Target and incentivise players with a lower GGR margin to continue betting.
  • Player State - This option categorises players into actionable states based on their previous beeting transactions. The player states are categorised as Lapsed, Dormant and Churned based on the betting opportunities they've missed.
