Here are also some of the key use cases we recommend

How to create audiences

Generate your audiences with three simple steps.

  • In Step 1, you can start building your audiences by selecting the customer country and the product (Sports, Casino or Sports & Casino) from the drop-down.

Note: By default, all countries where your customers currently exist will be showcased within the option

  • To refine your audiences further, you can combine up to five different options when creating an audience. By utilising the AND/OR connectors, you can determine whether the selected options should be inclusive of each other (AND) or if the customer bet on one or the other (OR).
  • We understand that excluding customers from your audience can be just as important as including. To cater for this we've integrated optional exclusion functionality. This will allow to exclude players for specific campaigns or promotions.

This provides flexibility in crafting targeted audiences based on multiple options across Sports and Casino. Here’s the detailed description of the individual audience options available:

Time Periods:

  • Step 2 involves choosing the time period for your audience, enabling you to define the specific timeframe for analysing player activity across games.

For example if you selected "Sport: Football" in Step 1 and choose "Time Period: Today", the audience generated would include all customers who placed bets on Football within the current day.

Tip: When choosing time periods in step 2 all options automatically include today to ensure you're targeting real-time customers. For example, if you select "Time Period: Last 2 Days," your audience will encompass customers who placed bets the day before yesterday, yesterday and today. This guarantees up-to-date targeting for your marketing efforts.
